The Boards of Directors of ChoiceOne Financial Services, Inc. (“ChoiceOne Financial”) and ChoiceOne Bank appointed Greg L. Armock to their respective Boards at their meetings held January 24. The Boards will also appoint Armock to serve as a member of ChoiceOne’s Loan Committee and Asset/Liability and Risk Committee.

Greg lives and works in the markets the Bank serves and has an extensive understanding of the developing and expanding West Michigan area.”
Armock is the owner of Armock Mechanical Contractors Inc. in Sparta and has successfully grown his family business over the past 20 years. Armock Mechanical provides commercial HVAC, ventilation, plumbing, refrigeration and fabrication services. Armock graduated from Ferris State University with a Bachelor of Science degree.
K. Timothy Bull retired from the Boards of Directors due to the retirement policy for members. “We will certainly miss Tim’s great leadership and vision on our Boards and wish him the best in his retirement,” said Potes. “Greg will continue Tim’s legacy and I look forward to working with Greg as we grow our bank franchise into West Michigan.”
